Hall of Fame
The Hunter Region Sporting Hall of Fame Induction is an annual event which formally recognises the success of Hunter Region Sports people.
Now in its 22nd year, the Hall of Fame has inducted 304 talented sports people. The profiles and memorabilia of these inductees along with those of hundreds of other prominent sporting personalities from the region make up a first class display in the Newcastle Regional Museum.
The Hall of Fame is coordinated by the Hunter Academy of Sport, Newcastle Museum and a voluntary organising committee consisting of many prominent sports administrators.
