The Hunter Academy of Sport has had a long partnership with the Greater Building Society for many years.

Part of this partnership is to provide Sporting Scholarships annually to talented athletes throughout the Hunter Region.

Ten successful applicants will win a $2000 scholarship to be used to assist with travel and training expenses. From this, four of the winning scholarship holders will be selected to become the Hunter Academy of Sport Ambassadors for the Greater Building Society.

Athletes who are performing well in Olympic Sports are eligible to apply. 

Applications open in August each year
