A huge crowd attended the 2011 Hunter Academy of Sport Presentation Night held at the University of Newcastle on Monday 5 September.  The presentation ceremony produced a parade of the outstanding young Hunter Region sporting talent, with all members of the Academy's talent development squads receiving a certificate of participation.  Acknowledgements were made of the co-ordinators, coaches, managers and consultants who do magnificent work with all of the squads and the sponsors whose support allows the Academy to produce such top class programs.
