The Hunter Academy of Sport Netball Umpires Talent Identification Program is an important part of the Hunter Academy of Sport.  The development of young umpires is crucial in any sport.

Under the watchful and experienced eye of Adelle Saunders, members of this program will develop skills in how to deal with difficult people, gain confidence and become very thorough with the rules of netball. The program plays a vital role in the NSW Netball pathway by identifying, monitoring and developing the skills of young Netball Umpires.
