The Hunter Academy of Sport BMX Talent Identification Program is an important part of the Academy.  The program plays a vital role in the BMX NSW pathway by identifying, monitoring and developing the skills of young BMX riders throughout the region.  This program has experienced enormous success in its short history with riders representing Australia at World level. 

In 2011 the Hunter Academy of Sport BMX Program was awarded the MH & SJ Partners Talent Development Program of the year for best achieving the aims and objectives of the Academy.
